The North Manchester Public Library has received the Community Foundation of Wabash County 2024 Philly Award for Nonprofit of the Year. The "Nonprofit of the Year will have provided exceptional, innovative, and steadfast service to its clients, strengthened the community, and improved the quality of life of Wabash County Citizens. Quality of Place nonprofits in Wabash County offer programs and opportunities to the community for recreation and sports, youth programs, arts and culture, religion, education, and civic engagement. The Nonprofit of the Year will receive a $5,000 grant to support its mission, operations, or programming." Members of CFWC and members of the NMPL Board were on hand to present the NMPL staff with the award and a free lunch. NMPL is absolutely honored to receive this award and is so grateful for all the support of our community, patrons, and board. Thank you Community Foundation of Wabash County.
