Storytime is today at 11am! Join us for silly songs, a fun craft, and a cool story!
Our FIRST Orienteering Club is today at 4pm! We’re so excited to offer this brand new club for ages 8 and up. Each week we’ll tackle different navigation challenges and learn the basics of using a compass, leaving and reading trail markers, following a map and more! Challenges will take place on the library and Thomas Marshall House lawns when weather permits and indoors when it doesn’t. Space is limited to 12 participants per week, so sign up today!
Today is all about Sticks and Stones. Bringing sign boards along on a hike is far from practical and cell service can be spotty in many areas. Can you use nature to communicate with others in your group? Yes! This week we'll learn how to read sticks and stones left as trail signs. Then we'll participate in some fun challenges as we follow and leave trail signs for each other. It's going to be so much fun!
The mission of the North Manchester Public Library is to provide materials, programs, and services necessary to meet the recreational and educational needs of the community in an easily-accessible facility, which is a community center of activity and information.
