Kim Ebersole beat out some stiff competition in the adult category in November’s Write Your Own Recipe Contest. Her Hearty Italian Sausage Soup had our stomachs growling - and that was just after reading the title! You will definitely want to put this soup on your winter rotation so cook along with us on Facebook Live today at 11am!

You’ll need:

Extra virgin olive oil
Pancetta
Italian sausage
Onion
Zucchini
Jarred chopped garlic
Fresh spinach
Canned crushed tomatoes
Marinara sauce of your choice
Pesto
Dried oregano
Dried basil
Garlic salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Dried pepper flakes
Small penne or bowties (farfalle)
Chicken flavored “Better-than-Bouillon
