We have a fun week of programs planned! First, we'll be celebrating the Indian festival of lights by making Diyas (clay oil lamps) at Evening Tales on Monday at 6pm. The Manchester University Soccer Team will be here on Tuesday at 4:30pm for a special Storytime event, and bring the whole family to our showing of Halloweentown on Tuesday evening at 5:30pm! Popcorn will be provided! Creative Kids will learn weaving on Wednesday at 3:45pm and Open Lego Hour is Thursday at 3:45pm. Be sure to stop by the library on your trick or treat route on Thursday from 5pm to 7pm and head to the check out desks for some candy! The first day of November is Friday, and we're celebrating by releasing TWO new binge boxes! Lastly, check out a "Somewhere Safe with Somebody Good" by Jan Karon if you're in the mood for some cozy reading!
We hope you'll join us next week at the library!
The mission of the North Manchester Public Library is to provide materials, programs, and services necessary to meet the recreational and educational needs of the community in an easily-accessible facility, which is a community center of activity and information.
