Learning to read can be a challenge. Fortunately, we've got a great collection of books (including these brand new ones) that make reading practice fun!
From sight words (Bob Books) to goofy questions (Egg or Eyeball?) to historical fiction (Ann Fights for Freedom), we have a variety of books for Kindergarten through 4th grade reading levels.
Beginning with our Rookie Reader section (which have J RR call #s) and progressing through the I Can Reads (J ICR) and the Intermediate Chapter (J I) books, kids will build on their reading skills. It's exciting to watch them develop into confident readers as they try out increasingly difficult books!
The mission of the North Manchester Public Library is to provide materials, programs, and services necessary to meet the recreational and educational needs of the community in an easily-accessible facility, which is a community center of activity and information.
