The library monitors the weather very closely to ensure the safety of both staff and patrons. If the library is required to alter hours due to weather, we will post about it on Facebook, our website, and Instagram, as well as send out text alerts. (Sign up for text alerts HERE!)
We also encourage you to call before visiting to make sure we're open if the weather looks bad.
Even if the snow has stopped, we may still need time to clear our parking lots and sidewalks - we'll do our best to be open when you expect us to be, but safety comes first!
Stuck at home?
Remember you can download books, audiobooks, music, magazines, and more from the library! Visit our Libby E-Library page to get started!
We also have a huge video catalog of amazing programs, crafts, cooking videos, and more on the library Facebook page, guaranteed to keep you entertained for hours! Stop by the page to check it out!
Library open, but you don't feel like coming inside?
Our Curbside service allows you to quickly pick up your reading, crafting, watching, exploring, and gaming resources. Place your order, let us do all the work of gathering up your requests, and then stop by at a convenient time to pick them up from our outside bench. It could NOT be easier and it's the perfect option for those days when you're just too busy to come inside and browse or are feeling a bit under the weather. We're thrilled to serve you so try out Curbside today!
