Today is the deadline to send in your art masterpieces for our Virtual Art Show! For those who may not know, NMPL will be holding our annual art show virtually this year and we invite all patrons to submit photos of your artwork! We will display them on our website and Facebook page. We will also choose 1st-3rd place winners for each age group (children, teen and adult). Winners will receive a ribbon and their artwork will be featured on NMPL's online media pages. All participants will receive certificates thanking them for participating in NMPL's 3rd annual art show. To enter, email all photos to email@example.com and be sure to include the artists name, age (for children & teens) and the title of each piece of art. Each artist is welcome to submit up to three works of art.
NOTE: By submitting artwork, you are giving NMPL permission to post photos and details involving the submission.

"Real Irish Food: 150 Classic Recipes from the Old Country" by David Bowers offers up exotic fare ranging from Cream of Nettle Soup to Crubeens (Pigs' Feet). An unapologetic advocate for authentic Irish cuisine (delicious, homey, and bursting with flavor), this cookbook will alternately provoke "Oh. My. Gosh!" (Black Pudding - first ingredient: 4 cups of fresh pig's blood) and "Oh I have to make that!" (Old Fashioned Spicy Gingerbread).
