We had the BEST time at Storytime today! The weather finally cooperated with us and we were able to be outside in the beautiful yard of the Thomas Marshall house! We sang silly songs, read a cool story, and made a special Herman the Worm sock puppet to take home!
We were SO glad to see so many smiling faces at our most recent Storytime program! We sang songs (with felt board props), shook the shakers, and banged the rhythm sticks. Then we read a super funny story and made some delicious looking paper cupcakes... YUM!
Join us every Thursday at 11am for this awesome program.
We had the BEST time yesterday at our Touch A Semi-Truck program! Charlie from MPS Egg Farms drove out and gave a special presentation on trucking, then the kiddos got to get up close and personal with a real life semi-truck! They got to explore the cab, check out what's beneath the hood, hear the horn, and even push some buttons! Thanks to everyone who came for this FANTASTIC event!
Cold weather might have kept us inside for our first in-person Storytime program of 2021, but we still had so much fun singing silly songs, reading a story, and crafting adorable cardboard dinosaurs!
We're so glad to see so many familiar faces again at our social distanced programs on the lawn! Today we made colorful people out of pipe cleaners!
Our first Homeschool Art Class was a huge success! We learned all about Andy Warhol and "pop art", then used peppers and paint to make some art of our own!
