With the coming new month, it's time for NEW Binge Boxes! We're celebrating spring blooms with our Garden Lovers Binge Box, and continuing that nature theme throughout! Our Earth Day Binge Box will awe and inspire, while the Family Horse Movies box is just PERFECT for your next family movie night!

With some simple cross-stitch techniques, you can design and sew your own one of a kind portrait! This virtual class will teach how to design, prepare, and stitch your very own personalized cross-stitch family portraits to give away as gifts for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, and other big life events!
Want to stich along with us? You will need: - A Cross-stitch Kit from the library (Includes Graph Paper, Aida 14 Count Fabric, & Embroidery Hoop) - Coloring Pencils - Embroidery floss - Scissors - Sewing Needles Storytime is today at 11am! It's time for a new Passive Craft of the Week! This week we're making these ADORABLE Clothespin Superheroes! These friendly, heroes will be perfect as a desk decoration or a chip bag closer! Stop by ANY time the library is open to create your own! 🦸♀️ 🦸♂️ Homeschool Art Class is today at 2pm and we're learning all about Maria Martinez. We’ll explore her ingenious techniques for black ware pottery (horse dung plays a role) and then try our hand at making our own pots from air dry clay - you won't want to miss it! It's a Paper Airplane Extravaganza tonight at 6pm at Evening Tales! Go wild folding and flying all kinds of paper airplanes!
Whether you are new to knitting and crochet, or have been enjoying this relaxing craft for years, you'll love our weekly Knitting & Crochet Group here at the library! Come join others in the NMPL Conference Room on Friday afternoons for a relaxing time to work on your current craft projects and to meet new friends! Beginner and eager to learn? You'll find a helpful teacher here! Beginners should bring a pair of needles (size 6 to 9), and a skein of light colored, worsted weight yarn. Worsted weight yarn is also labeled 4. Light colors are recommended as it is easier to see individual stitches with the light color. All are welcome! Tune in to Facebook Live at 4pm and follow along as a magical woodland dwelling takes shape from the pages of a book!
