Genealogy The library provides materials
within the library for researchers of genealogy or local history. If you
are unable to visit the library in person, we can do limited research for you!
Homebound Services Library volunteers or employees deliver and pick up materials by special
arrangement to anyone within the town limits who is unable to come to the
library on a regular basis.
Meeting Rooms
Local residents and organizations can use rooms of all sizes for meetings,
study, or just some quiet time.
Equipment to use within or borrow from the library
The library has equipment you can use here in the library or borrow
to use elsewhere.
Disc repair
The library offers cleaning and scratch repair for DVDs, CDs, and game
discs. The cost for this service is $1.00 for each disc. We ask for a 24-hour
notice.
Please note that severely scratched discs may not be repairable, and we
cannot guarantee that every disc will be fixed. Cracked discs are beyond repair.
Recycling Ink Cartridges
You may bring empty print cartridges (laser or inkjet) and
cell phones to the library for recycling. We recycle them with Funding Factory
to earn points toward supplies!
So far we've earned a replacement printer, digital camera,
and CD player. We have also earned Die-Cuts for the Die-Cut machine and
craft supplies for Story time. This recycling project is saving the
library money, and allowing us to use our funds for books and services.
Thank you very much for supporting us through your recycling
efforts!
