Our NEW Kid's Yoga program begins Monday at 10am - kids will enjoy learning yoga and mindfulness through games, activities, songs, and movement! Evening Tales will be brewing up a batch of coffee playdough on Monday evening at 6pm and Storytime will be Tuesday and Thursday at 11am. We can't wait for Community Storytime on Tuesday at 4:30pm - unfortunately, the race car had to cancel, but we're working on getting a replacement vehicle in for the event, so stay tuned! For adults, our Welcome to Yoga class will be Wednesday at 2pm - all are invited to this free event! Creative Kids will be crafting up some nature wands on Wednesday at 3:45pm and for those who have registered, Cookies & Canvas will be Wednesday at 5:30pm. Open Lego Hour is Thursday at 3:45pm and there's another session of Kid's Yoga on Friday at 10am. Come learn how to improve your health at our Vitamin D & Antioxidants presentation on Friday at 1pm and our Fall Writing Retreat will be Saturday at 1-am. We hope you'll join us next week at the library!
Join us at 11am for a very special Costume Storytime event! Wear your Halloween costume, and come for a spooky good time! We'll be singing songs, reading a Halloween story, going on a costume parade inside the library, and making a fun craft!

Stop by the library tonight from 5pm to 7pm on your Trick or Treat route - we'll be handing out candy at both check out desks for all trick or treaters! We can't wait to see your amazing costumes!

Diwali, the Festival of Lights! Join us on tonight at 6pm as we celebrate this Indian festival by making Diyas (clay oil lamps).
We have a fun week of programs planned! First, we'll be celebrating the Indian festival of lights by making Diyas (clay oil lamps) at Evening Tales on Monday at 6pm. The Manchester University Soccer Team will be here on Tuesday at 4:30pm for a special Storytime event, and bring the whole family to our showing of Halloweentown on Tuesday evening at 5:30pm! Popcorn will be provided! Creative Kids will learn weaving on Wednesday at 3:45pm and Open Lego Hour is Thursday at 3:45pm. Be sure to stop by the library on your trick or treat route on Thursday from 5pm to 7pm and head to the check out desks for some candy! The first day of November is Friday, and we're celebrating by releasing TWO new binge boxes! Lastly, check out a "Somewhere Safe with Somebody Good" by Jan Karon if you're in the mood for some cozy reading!
